Rotary Club of Palos Verdes: Virtual Educator Awards Watch Video The Rotary Club of Palos Verdes faced the challenge of hosting their annual Educator of the Year awards during COVID-19 lockdowns. We transformed their traditional in-person celebration into an engaging virtual event using professional green screen production techniques. Our team produced and edited videos featuring principals' introductions and teachers' acceptance speeches, creating a seamless online experience. ICAN Experience the 360 Tour iCan Los Angeles faced challenges with social workers and families being unable to tour their facilities in person prior to placement decisions. We partnered with them to create an interactive 360° virtual experience of their facilities, allowing users to virtually walk through multiple locations, watch embedded videos, and interact with informational pop-ups explaining different program areas. This immersive solution eliminated geographical and scheduling barriers, enabling stakeholders to make more informed decisions while reducing pre-placement anxiety. Health Career Connection: Strategic Development & Event Management Watch HCC Video We're currently engaged in a comprehensive partnership with Health Career Connection that spans strategic development, marketing, and event management. Our work began with facilitating strategic planning sessions to prepare for their board retreat, including refining their mission and vision statements and conducting a thorough SWOT analysis. We developed detailed user profiles to help them better understand their target audiences and are now implementing branding, marketing, and website improvements.  A highlight of our collaboration was planning and executing their end-of-year celebration and fundraising event for over 200 attendees on Zoom. We managed the entire process—from strategic planning and generating pre-event excitement to technical coordination during the live broadcast. Our team produced engaging video materials in advance to enhance the virtual experience, ensuring a dynamic and interactive event despite the digital format. This comprehensive event management approach resulted in a successful fundraiser that maintained the organization's connection with supporters while raising critical funds. Sandpipers Holiday Homes Tour: Digital Transformation See Sandpipers Holiday Tour When COVID-19 prevented Sandpipers from hosting their traditional in-person holiday homes tour fundraiser, we partnered with them to create a comprehensive virtual experience. Our team developed a custom website, and importantly, we handled all production aspects ourselves—creating and producing professional videos, capturing stunning photography, and developing immersive 360° virtual tours of each home. We also streamlined their ticketing process, ensuring the organization could continue their vital fundraising efforts despite pandemic restrictions.
