DWG Floor Plans
Our DWG Floor Plans are LOD 200 AIA (American Institute of Architects) standard layers with annotations that include labels, areas, objects and dimensions.

Unlock a property’s full potential. This package pairs our immersive experience with 2D CAD (DWG) and 3D Model (Revit) deliverables, detailed Plotted PDFs, plus Exterior Elevation Drawing and an optional Roof Plan to provide comprehensive documentation of your property.
The 3D CAD Package offers a significant starting point containing a model, floor plans, elevations, dimension plans, optional ceiling plans and a plotted pdf package.
The following items are available in the 3D CAD Package:
- Point Cloud: In the form of a DXF (.dxf) file, Point Cloud is available against the wall segments drawn for the C360 Virtual Tour.
- Floor Plans: 2D AutoCAD 2018 drawing file (.dwg).
- Elevation Plans: 2D AutoCAD 2018 drawing file (.dwg).
- Dimension Plans: 2D AutoCAD 2018 drawing file (.dwg).
- Model: 3D Revit 2020 file (.rvt).
- Plotted Package: 8.5×11 drawing package containing the floor plans, point cloud captures, dimension plans, ceiling plans, elevations & legend.
- Ceiling Plans: 2D AutoCAD 2018 drawing file (.dwg). Provided as an Optional Add-on.
